The Norfolk Terrier is an energetic, easygoing little terrier. He has a stocky, compact body and was originally developed in England to catch rats. The Norfolk and Norwich Terrier were originally recognized as the same breed until 1964 when the were separated. Today, the Norfolk is primarily a companion dog and makes a great family pet.
